"Fear is just resisting ambition." 10 Years after a young trainer defeated the MissingNo Invasion, that trainer still held their Champion title. Gold grew up dreaming to be as strong as the Champion. Yet he constantly made excuses as to why he wanted to stay behind at his hometown after a traumatic incident in his childhood. That was until his twelfth birthday, when his best friend, Silver, was ready to set out. Gold had to decide if he was ready, or if he'd let his fear hold him back. Gold dreamed of one day beating the mighty Champion. But could he do it? With his two partner Pokémon by his side he just might stand a chance against the Johto region and eventually the Pokémon League. But there was only one way to find out.

Anya Fante is a young woman stating her senior year at high school under her mother's careful watch. She is forced to duel in secret due to her mother's hatred of Duel Monsters. One night, she is taken to a parallel world called Hex in her sleep where duels take new shapes and creatures called Ghasts lurk everywhere. Finding more time to duel, she and her friends work together with other duelists that are able to travel to this world to hone their skills. Unknown to most though, darks plots are forming in both worlds. How will Anya and co handle everything? All this and more in Yugioh Hex. I don't know own the rights to Yu-gi-oh! Or any cards in relation. I only own the ideas of some cards featured as well as the storyline. I hope you enjoy this story as much as I like writing it.
