{Original Story} Phoenix Anderson wants nothing to do with the League of Superheroes. He's not sure why he's avoiding the good guys, but then again, there's a lot he doesn't know. Like the fact that his family history is a lot stranger than it seems. After getting some unexpected news, he realizes that he's more involved than he thought he would be. Events start unfolding one after another, including a house up in flames, a heist, a dangerous city, and a plot that spells trouble for everyone. Welcome to a world of superheroes and villains, of sinister twists and turns, of family who don't know they're family, and of undefined heroism.

Della waits for someone else to step up to the plate, but when no one does, she takes action. She needed a hero, so that's what she became. What she doesn't expect is for Red Raven, the town's biggest threat, to recognize her behind the mask. How will Della defeat Red Raven when he knows her every move and how will she finally coax the city out of their shells? *FEATURED ON WATTPAD ADVENTURE* Highest ranking: #5 in Adventure Sequel: Villains Rise (completed) *Unedited, to be edited in the future*

"Answer me one thing, Relapse. Please." He gives me a small nod, so I take a deep breath. "Why are you a villian?" I ask. He looks off at the city, the lights becoming fireflys in the darkness. Then he turns back to me staring at me silently, his mouth drawn in a straight line. "Why are you a villain?" I repeat, his blue-gray eyes hold a brewing storm. "Because I have no reason to be a hero." _________________________________________________ My world is far from ordinary. It may sound cliché, but it's true. Normalcy was thrown out the window since our city has living, breathing superheroes. They protect us from the wide range of threats that jeopardize the safety of Crystal City. And yes, they do wear spandex and have stupid catchphrases, but they also do things that the comic books like to avoid. Which seems great, unless you're the very thing they are protecting against. Being the bad guy is cool and all, stealing candy from babies and robbing banks and all that, but it's not all it's cracked up to be either. I'm Lyrah Hodges, and as a part-time supervillian, I know this better than anyone.
