Hey everyone, This is my first time publishing a fic so I hope it's at least meh level of good. Warning: mentions of racism and depression (they are pretty heavily used subjects in this so if you're sensitive to these its best to not read) Now let's actually try to describe the story... Lance had been feeling down for a while now...but not just down, he felt distant from his team. Coran was the only one who seemed to care but he couldn't keep bothering him. He kept his feelings locked tight...but he never even imagined he'd be dealing with a bunch of racist aliens. Fun. So when Allura tries memory-melding to get the paladin to bond, it reveals a small part of Lance's painful past. From there, Lance's daily life aboard The Castle of Lions goes spiraling out of control, and he's forced to deal with the consequences, whether it was his fault or not. IDK please give it a go?
