Deku becomes a Vampire, which comes with a lot of issues. He needs to cover his fangs, wear contacts, not be in the sun, and never, ever have someone take a picture with him in it. Kachan was right when he said Deku wouldn't be a hero, and definitely wouldn't ever be the number one hero. And Deku soon learned that where he belonged was with the villains and soon became the number ONE villain. This story Deku. never made it into U.A but he did get his powers from All Might. BUUT because of how much Kachan would bully him he needed to get his revenge and him becoming the greatest villains would do just that.
