Y,N L,N was assigned to protect and defend Earthrealm from all who deemed to destroy it or merge the realm into their own, and alongside Raiden they protected the realm against invaders, maniacs, conquerors, genocidal killers, and more. However one day the Outworld Emperor known as Shao Kahn had broken and bypassed the conventional rules of Mortal Kombat and he and his forces quickly began invading Earthrealm. Many lives were lost on both sides as most of Earthrealm's defenders had lost their lives battling a mind controlled Sindel, only for Sindel to quickly lose her life as well against Nightwolf, who had sacrificed himself to end Sindel's reign of domination. Earthrealm's only hope, the sorcerer known as Quan Chi turned out to have his own agendas and goal and forced Y,N and Raiden's former allies to fight them as they were transformed into Quan Chi's puppets simply called Revenants. After returning from their failed mission Y,N, Raiden, Liu Kang, Sonya Blade, and Johnny Cage were the only defends left standing(A.K.A. still alive) and when Shao Kahn had arrived Sonya and Johnny were knocked out and thrown to the side easily and Raiden had accidently killed Liu Kang in order for Shao Kahn "to win". All that remained was Y,N and Raiden against the mighty Outworld Conqueror and Y,N knew something Raiden did not, he knew one of them would have to lay down their life in order for the other to defeat Shao Kahn. Y,N valiantly fought the Kahn, giving Kahn the best fight he had in centuries, however just like the others before him Y,N was killed and *insert storymode MK9 ending here*. However Y,N's soul wasn't collected by Quan Chi, as Y,N had a higher calling, one even he didn't know. Now he's been given new life and a new mission, and now faithfully serves Cetrion and Kronika. Now with this new powerhouse on their side and with his brand new "ability", Kronika and Cetrion know this could be the Perfect Timeline.

He finds out he is a demon and that he carries a Sacred Gear, but it turns out something happened on that night where he 'died' even the sacred gear he posses isn't a regular one.
