Book 2 Everyone knew the story of the Boy Who Lived. But many weren't familiar with the story of the Girl Who Knitted. Eleanor Ross knitted her way to victory, her knitted garments protected those who fought against the Dark Lord and his followers, and to think it all started with a prank. Back in their fifth year of Hogwarts, Fred and George Weasley attempted to unleash one of their pranks on the unsuspecting Hufflepuff, and when it failed, they were determined to figure out how Eleanor deflected every single one of their attempts. They discovered so much more. George discovered that knitting posed an actual threat. Fred discovered that behind the innocent knitting was a fearless badger ready to fight. Eleanor discovered that she fell in love with a boy who smelled like gunpowder and cinnamon. The war might have been over, but the adventure was far from it. Book One: Tightly Knit Book Two: Gunpowder and Cinnamon Book Three : TBA

This is THE ULTIMATE GUIDE to Harry Potter fanfictions. Here, you will learn the dos and don'ts of the wizarding world, and how to handle your fanfiction in a way worthy of Rowling herself. You can learn to avoid cliches, think creatively, and make your readers forget they're reading a fanfiction at all, which is the goal. Hi, I'm Ellie, and I may not be JKR, and my word is not law, I have quite a bit of experience writing fanfiction. I will be the first to admit, too, that some of my earlier works are as cliche as Harry Potter having a twin sister, and there's no shame in that! Just be glad you can learn from your mistakes, and mine, and be prepared for a couple of laughs along the way! Warning: This is NOT a rant book. I don't just say what I think is wrong with fanfics, I give suggestions to make them better. Very rarely will I let my emotions control what I'm writing in this book. Feel free to rant within the comments, but don't expect me to do the same!

If all was well, Rose Weasley wouldn't be desperately wishing she was in Slytherin. If all was well, the Sword of Gryffindor wouldn't keep following Ella, a Hufflepuff. And if all was well, muggle-borns wouldn't be disappearing and returning with their memories lost. Nineteen years may have passed since Harry, Ron, and Hermione saved the wizarding world, but for the next generation of Hogwarts students, all was most definitely not well. If you're looking for a Next Generation story that's more canon-compliant than Cursed Child, you've come to the right place.

With Fred and George's glorious tales of the school fresh on her mind, Ginny bid Ron goodbye and began her eager wait for his return. When Ron comes home for the summer holidays, though, something has changed. Suddenly, he doesn't want to play with his "baby" sister anymore. He's got real friends now, and Ginny gets shunted to the side. It doesn't help that her replacements are the famous Harry Potter and the brilliant Hermione Granger. Suddenly, Hogwarts doesn't seem so fun, and when Ginny ends up in a train compartment all by herself for the entire ride to Hogwarts, a little bitter and very lonely, something happens that could change the course of her life forever.

Everything started 14th July. As a new year begins for Astra and her friends, they're all worried about the future. After a rough year, with shaky trust and suspicions running wild, they're not sure they can handle whatever might be next. N.E.W.T. level classes and schoolyard bullies pale in comparison to a tyrannical government and a growing network of terrorists that no one seems large enough to stop. On top of that, Wren's parents haven't contacted her once about anything, Zaria Hempsey-related or no. Bigger problems soon arise, though. When nightmares become realities, for more than one member of the group, they're each left with little to stand on. The threat of betrayal by others is constant, but when your own mind can betray you, what's left? Started: 5/26/2018 Ended: 8/29/2020
