The Doctors are saying she has amnesia, but she know this isn't true. She remembers her whole life. From her third birthday, learning to ride a bike, to the first day of every school year. She even remembers the party she was at with her friends right before she drove off the road into the river. She remembers the last thing she ever thought before she died. Unfortunately when you wake up in someone else's body claiming not to be that person, no one tends to believe you.

When Katie Cross wakes up in Maya Knights body and finds out she's been dead for a year, she starts to look for clues to figure out what's going on. But the more she looks the more dead ends she runs into. Now with Mayas memory starting to surface, she can't figure out Who she really is. Is she Katie in Mayas body or Maya with Katie's memories, or maybe she's someone else entirely.
It really brings attention to the question about what makes a person who they are, is it the memorys and experiences? Or is it who they are, in their soul?
