In a HeartBeat is based on a short film made by Esteban Bravo and Beth David. It went viral this year, when I first watched it, I fell in love with it. It's about a boy (Sherwin) who has a crush on his cute boy (Jonathon) and too shy to show his love for him, but his heart wouldn't handle it and wanting to be with Jonathon, of course in the middle made me feel emotional. Everybody in the school, even Jonathan found out that Sherwin loves him, his heart broke and thinking Jon hates him now. In the end, Jonathon brings back Sherwin's broken heart and also fell in love with him, knowing he likes him this whole time. It's a cute short film, I wish they made a movie on it. I cried so many times when I see this, because I support Gays and thinking same sex love is good. This is my own fanfiction based on this adorable short film, hope you'll enjoy it. There will be harsh moments in later chapters. Involving heavy language, homophobia and racism. If you are sensitive on these topics, you may skip a chapter if you like. Plus Ill give out a few warnings.

They knew him from his achievements and they love him for that, he has friends and a lot of them too but they only knew him for what he does, but not who he really is, and he's not fine with it. Two worldly different boys, met in an unlikely place. Could friendship bloom between them? Or perhaps there could be something more? Follow them in their mishap of a journey as they figure out how to mend, break, and create new bonds as they find out something new about themselves while struggling to keep it in.
