First book in a series of books. Hiccup leaves Berk when he is chosen to kill the Monstrous Nightmare. However after plenty of time has passed an unexpected turn of events forces him to confront his past head on.

Here's another one of my fan-fictions. Imagine if Hiccup had mounted Toothless in the ring after he was saved from the Monsterous Nightmare. Once Hiccup was saved by toothless, his father dashed towards them with his axe raised but to the chief's surprise, they flew away. Hiccup flew as far away from Berk as fast as he possibly could and promised to never return because Hiccup knew he never truly belonged with them, the dragons killers while he was a dragon at heart. After Hiccup ran away he was soon presumed dead. 5 years later, Alvin the treacherous kidnapped Stoick to settle a feud. Both with Stoick and someone else. Stoick knew Hiccup was out there somewhere, alive and well deep down; but he kept trying to convince himself otherwise, and it was getting to be too long with too little hope. Then a strange young man shows up on the outcast island.

What would happen if even after the red death, Hiccups treatment on Berk didn't change? (WARNING: This is not supposed to be a long story, but not shorter than 3 chapters though)

The members, Hiccup (The Brainiac of The School) Astrid (The Star Athlete) Snotlout (The Social One) Fishlegs (Brainiac #2) and the twins; Ruffnut and Tuffnut (The Schools Pranksters) What happens when we mix these 5 and a pile of scrap metal?

Hiccup is bullied by everyone, even the Earth seems to hate him. He's weak, not viking like, though he does not see the reason for him to have to be like the others and to be 'viking' like. Not what a Chief would want for a son, specially oh great glorious Stoick the Vast. {Well it goes more then one way} And that's what he is, he is heir to the thrown of Berk, well, for now he is, Stoick, his father and chief is wanting Snotlout, Hiccup's cosion to take his place. Only Loki knows how bad that will turn out! It a great turn of events, Hiccup finds himself face to face with a Night Fury, but its not tied up. Also, did I forget to mention this... He can understand it! He finds out that most of his life is alive, that what they all keep telling him is false, and that he is strongest of them all, what would happen if he becomes a dragon hero, a ledgened writen in the stars by the Gods themselves years ago. Will this little meeting spring into a new life for Hiccup? For good or for worse? What happens when the others are dragged into this life as well?
