"THEN LEAVE", he added pointing towards the door. And that's when it hit me, it wasn't him who was holding me there.. it was my own body that was craving for his touch. "LEAVE!", Brody shouted. I was looking at him, not moving any part of my body. He grabbed my waist with both hands, pulled me closer to him until our bodies touched. "You have no idea how many times I've dreamt of this moment", Brody whispered. ~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~ She is; Kind Caring Intelligent Helpful And Muslim He is; A bully A jerk Annoying Cocky And is unsure about his believes He used to bully her, she used to hate him... No matter how close you are to them, there are certain things you just don't say. No matter how lonely you feel, there are certain people you just don't befriend. No matter how much you've fallen, there's always a guy you shouldn't give your heart to... Sadly for me, I learnt the last one only after I had gotten my heart broken. They say that you shouldn't look down upon anyone, or you will be put in their situation and made to experience the crisis. When I was fourteen, I had rolled my eyes at a girl who was sobbing histerically over a guy who liked her best friend. And I was probably paying the price for that now. However, I was trying my best to fit my feet in the shoes I had been given. I was trying and I was managing just fine. What I didn't need was a trouble maker who entered my life without permission. The guy who claimed to be bowled over by me, the one with a broken heart. Little did he know, I had entrusted myself to Al Malik, The Owner of me and my heart. And if he had to reach me, he had to do so by pleasing Allah. Which wasn't possible for a guy like him. Or so I thought.

"Wait.. am I seriously falling for her?" -Unknown •••• Hi, my name is Maya Cooper, you might know my dad, Harris Cooper. Who he is or what he does is not important right now. What is, is the fact that I'm doing my senior year at a new school. In Chicago. I'm a timid girl, afraid to speak up. But be aware.. take a step back when I do. Yes my father was unreligious when he married my mom. If he still is unreligious, you may ask? You'll have to find that out throughout the story. I barely have any family left. Dad's side doesn't want anything to do with us and we only have my uncle Saïd from my mother's side. I'm not complaining though, I've seen people turn on their own blood. Choose your own family.. •• Hi, I'm Max. I was born in an unstable home, 18 years ago. My mom was a drug addict. Emphasis on 'was'. She's not anymore, not since my father left. Sorry, stepfather. Yup I only found out recently that the guy who raised me, never was my real father. My mother lied to me for over 18 years. How I found out? I'll tell you that later. The important thing right now is confronting the jerk that left me with someone who could never be a real father figure. Someone who made sure I, like him, was destined for hell. Sigh. Let's began, shall we. •••• Nothing in this book may be copied or reproduced. All rights reserved. Loosen up and be open-minded.
