During his sophomore year, his older brother Henry, a Marine, was killed in Iraq after a Decepticon attacked Soccent Qatar. Feeling the fury of his death and the need to prove himself, Austin works hard until he and Sam get together and meet the Autobots: Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Ironhide, Jazz, and the most famous Autobot of them all, Bumblebee. They all get together to stop the main Decepticon named Megatron to using the Allspark for his personal gain to take over earth, but Austin feels the need to join the military a whole lot more. However, for Hunter, while the livestock and vegetable crops were a major source of food, he goes on supply runs and food runs as well, helping out his fellow survivors however he can. Throughout the entirety of the conflict for survival, Governor and his army would come back, threatening the future of Hunter and his friends and family's lives, but little do they know, the Governor isn't the only threat to their humanity.

Hunter Peletier and his fiancée Beth Greene had been knocked and kidnapped by two unidentified people and when they find themselves in a hospital ran by a woman named Dawn Lerner, Hunter and Beth realized they are now fighting for their lives. Eight months after the farm got overrun, Hunter, Rick, and their group look around, trying to find the perfect place to hold up in, but they never had the time to settle and rest as a group of walkers would show up after an hour or so. While taking a break from traveling, Hunter, Rick, and Daryl would go off on their own, hunting for food until they come across a prison, large enough to keep them safe despite walkers taking a majority of the space inside it. Even though they would clear out the prison at the entrance, they still had a long way to go until they finally cleared out a holding cell block for them to stay in. However, they feel more safe than they did on the move for the past eight months. The question is: are they really?

Sam Augustine is a member of both the RDA and the Avatar program on Pandora, alongside his best friends Norman "Norm" Spellman, Max Patel, Trudy Chacon, and his mother, who can be a spitfire at times, Grace Augustine. When he hears that Jake Sully was taking his place, Sam becomes nervous and also aware of how his mom was gonna react to a marine joining the program while being new to the program. He eventually helps Jake get used to the new experience and environment of the Avatar program despite not having an Avatar of his own, but one day, Jake had been stranded from the group while helping the group take samples of Pandora and being chased by a monster. Determined to find out about the Na'Vi, Jake and Sam would help each other in the long run as Sam would finally get an Avatar of his own and try to make peace with the Na'Vi due to past conflicts as Trudy watches Sam with such enthusiasm and excitement. However, when the RDA looks to destroy Pandora and eliminate the Na'Vi by any means necessary, Trudy and Sam looked to fight back alongside Jake and his newfound friends, but Trudy would start to develop feelings for Sam while preparing themselves for war. The question is, how does Sam react?
