The sequel to Izuku is a Therapist For Villains. This time in the reform program. Izuku has to deal with the eleven members of the yakuza that his friends (both hero and villain) had to fight at one point in their lives. Izuku becomes a therapist for each and every yakuza member of the Shie Hassaki. And they don't know exactly how to feel about the weird, overly nice therapist. And just like last time, they are treated to a sort of rehab facility in the middle of nowhere to try and reform them. If they fail the reform, they go back to jail. And from the looks of it, they won't be as easy dealt with then the League of Villains.

Izuku, who'd gotten into an accident training, woke up to discover phantoms surrounding him. Yes, they were normal people, but with the looks as if rubber skin was stretched over their skulls. Izuku, with a weak, but sharp mind, slowly begins to lose himself to the demons that surround him, and falls further into the nightmare, that is his very life.

the multiverse is a weird place full of every kind of situations, in one universe izuku midoriya is a hero who inherited one for all from the number one hero and symbol of peace all might, but in another universe he became a villain and in another one he got killed by the league of villains...so why don't we explore some of this universes and their infinite possibilities? "LOOKS LIKE DEKU LOOKS HOW HE ACTS NOW!" Bakugo said still laughing. Because of all of the attention, Izuku slipped back down into Todoroki's shirt. "C'mon, you're scaring him!" Uraraka said as she came by. "Well there's another thing you guys should know.. It seems he has lost all of his memory, including his time at UA." There were more gasps.

It's one thing to lose your family, but to lose them again. This time as a result a clash between heroism and villainy? It's traumatizing to live with that. Earning another chance at life from the wild forest and into the urban civilization. Izuku will hesitate, fall, bleed, and break. But will keep striving to keep what's left of his family together, fortunately there will be those who will come to love and accept them as his own family...
