Stiles and Allison have been missing for a couple of months now, Allison survived the Oni and Stiles was free from the nogitsune. They get captured by WCKD and was into the maze, and now that they have escaped and regained only some of their real memories, they go back to Beacon Hills just in time to be put on the dead pool for being immune.

After Scott's confrontation to Stiles, WICKED decided to kidnap Stiles and place him under their wing and experiments as Thomas. WICKED took two years and sacrificing a lot of teenagers to finish their experiment.
