These cyborgs are then forced to work for the government or made to do extreme physical labor. There is a chip that they plant in your neck that lets them control your movements. Cyber is a 17 year old boy who has been trying to expose the government. He is one of the only people left who is not a moron. Now that technology does everything for people, they have stopped using their brains so no one will take him seriously. What happens when Cyber is taken by the government and put under "The Surgery?" Will he crack the system and save the people?
