It's been four years since high school. Four years since Veronica left JD standing in his living room with a shot up radio. But times have changed. Veronica froze, paralyzed, her biggest fear having come back to life right in front of her. She remained still and didn't dare glance up at him, she was sure she'd seen him come in a few times before but most of the time she would brush the incident off as her imagination or her mind wandering off too far. It's been 16 years since Tom's fateful decision. Tika is in the care of the Rebellion Base with her two favorite, awesome uncles. She grew up not knowing who her real parents are and her uncles were quick to change the topic every time she brought it up. Even the soldiers around the base knew but wouldn't tell her their names. They only spoke well about one of her parents while they seem annoyed with her other one. The only thing she looks forward to is the blue letters that are sent to the base from her mother. She learns a few things about the rest of her family through them, yet they don't give names. Tika knows she had two older brothers who she's been dying to meet too. She just wants to know more about her family She wants to see them She wants to hear her mother's voice again When she finally comes back to her family, she's in for an adventure.
