It's fourth year for the Marauders. During summer, Remus is always at a dog park. One day he sees a big black dog who wont leave him alone. Remus doesn't mind though. He is completely oblivious.

I was walking down the corridors of the castle just thinking about anything and everything. Just when I began to think if I should tell the boys my biggest secret I was pulled into broom closet. Before I could get a look at my assailant I felt a pair of warm lips meet mine. As girly as it sounds I instantly melted. My hands moved to the persons hair and began to play with the long strands as my assailant pushed my up against the wall deepening the kiss. Moony automatically responded wanting control. We acted as one as I pushed my assailant into the wall. I heard a voice whisper, "I knew it." and I looked up into the stormy grey eyes of my attacker to be shocked at what I saw. There stood Sirius Orion Black smirking as he slipped out of the closet looking very smug.

Toujours Pur. Always Pure. A phrase Sirius Black was taught to value. After hearing those words muttered constantly in his youth, he never once doubted his parents, hanging onto every last detail that left their mouths. Believing they were always right. But starting Hogwarts changed him. Being sorted into Gryffindor changed him. Toujours Pur. Always Pure. Maybe Sirius does agree with the Black family Motto. Remus Lupin is a 16 year old, scared bookworm with an abusive past. Sirius Black is an abused 16 year old, hoping to find comfort somewhere. But Sirius still had a problem. He always wanted to touch Remus. Just any sort of physical contact. When Remus was laying in bed, Sirius wanted to crawl in too; every time Sirius sat next to Remus, he had to constantly remind himself not to run his hand over Remus' thigh; Sirius wished he could slip his cold hands under Remus' thick sweater and finger every scar that littered Remus' pale skin; Sirius wanted to caress every part of Remus' face as if he could memorize it by touch; and Sirius really wanted to know what the soft skin on Remus' neck felt like under his lips, Sirius wondered if Remus was as susceptible to love bites as he was. A wolfstar AU (no-magic) {a relatively short story} The 1970s, a wonderful time of bold makeup, bell-bottom jeans, vinyl shops, police brutality and rampant homophobia. You get the gist. In which, Remus Lupin is a fresh-faced wallflower just out of college, supporting his community in miniature efforts, as to not get noticed. Sirius Black, maybe not as fresh-faced but still just out of college, is, let's say, a little bolder. He's happy to be noticed - even happier when it's the freckled boy that hides in the library. Disclaimer: my parents weren't even a twinkle in someone's eyes in the 70s. Historical accuracy isn't going to be my focus point; but I'll try my best.
