Izuku Midoryia was born quirkless,but in this story he never attends UA. He became somewhat of a hero hunter,until he given the target Uravity. The woman changed him forever and she lead him down a completely different path.

Ochako knew Deku. His little habits that made him cute, the placement of his freckles like stars in the night sky and the glint in his eyes that said he would not take no for an answer. But she didn't know this new Deku. The charismatic symbol of piece with witty comments and the ability to make the TV show host blush on more than one occasion. Though there was little she could gather about this 'improved version' of her adorable Izuku she fell in love with at UA, she knew one thing when they bumped into each other at the train station. Something was wrong. And she'll be damned if she's not getting any answers first.
