i don't know if this is a dream or its happening for real. I don't remember how i fell asleep, no one does, but I could feel my body sink. Something pulling me, a vacuum, a hollow. It felt like all the pressure is sucked out from wherever I am (which is complete darkness) and from my body.I could feel anger build up in mt brain but somehow, my face couldn't show it. I couldn't move but yet, my body was moving. Even if there was no air it felt like a battle between me and the air and in the battle, I lost. How could the wind be stronger to you? But I had forgotten, there was no air around me. Yet, I could breathe. Evan Parker is going to turn seventeen in a day. Her gifts, her party has all been organized. But the night before her birthday while she is asleep, something happens. Something that everyone else is blind to. The next day she finds herself in a different world, at least that's what she's been told. She has never visited this place or known it has existed. But when she finds familiar faces denying their identity she stops trusting everything else. Even when she is told the truth, it seems far away from the truth. She is forced to believe that this new world is her home and that everything she knew before is just a waste. She has to let go of her family, friends, her old life.
