He tasks Y/N and Houtaro with recollecting the Chemy and Legend Kamen Riders Chemy, artificial lifeforms created using Alchemy that were released in the wild 10 years ago and, if left unchecked, can transform into monsters called Malgam after being corrupted by human malice Assisting Y/N and Houtaro in his task to retrieve the Chemy is Fuga's daughter Rinne, a student at the Alchemy Academy. Supana Kurogane, a graduate from the academy who views the Chemy as nothing more than tools and transforms into the warrior Valvarad, was also tasked with retrieving the Chemy and Legend Rider Chemy and is a rival to Y/N and Houtaro who wants to befriend them. They are opposed by the Three Dark Sisters: Atropos, Clotho and Lachesis, who intend to use the Chemy and Legend Rider Chemy for their own purposes.

"Break through the chains and unleash your destiny!" All Yuya wanted to do was to make people smile. He was not expecting to travel through dimensions to stop a Professor who really needs to let go of the dead, quell a dimensional war and save his childhood friend Yuzu from being kidnapped. Also deal with three other guys running around with his face while Yuzu deals with the same problem of three other girls running around with her face. All Wataru wanted to do was to make his own violin that would surpass his father with fighting Fangires on the side as a Kamen Rider. He was not expecting to travel to dimensions with Yuya (and others), hell he wasn't even expecting to travel to Yuya's dimension instead of his own. He really wasn't expecting this and what's this? A deck of cards? Pendulum summoning? What's that? Also he has no clue on how he even got there! Neither of them were prepared for what's to come. (Unexpected crossover between Arc-V and Kamen Rider Kiva plus a bit of a rewrite of Arc-V. Heads up, there might not be a whole lot of Kamen Rider action.
