The world of Moria is filled with magical energy, from every tree, the streams that run through vast valleys, to the peak of the snowy mountains. Within these mystical landscapes are creatures able to harness this energy. Demons. They share this world with humanity, but it is not a peaceful existence. For thousands of years, demons and humans have been at each other throats. A long and bloody battle that would only stop when every last human was wiped from the beautiful fields of Moria. The humans were weak, unable to utilize the immense power flowing around them. They were no match for the demons. The kingdoms of humanity fought together, shielding one another from the rein of constant terror. One kingdom turned their back on humanity, on their sacred bond. Vara, now known as the cursed kingdom, ran experiments on lower level demons in order to capture their magical power. They found that the only way to have that power, is to consume demon blood. That blood was so toxic with power that magic runs through the children of Vara, even to this day. The leaders of the demon race, the seven kings of chaos, became aware of the mistreatment of their children and raided the Vara palace. That's when they met the cursed king Talaus, ruler of the kingdom of Vara. With his stolen power, the he sealed one of the demon lords inside the handle of his dagger. Fearing this unnatural energy, the other kings of chaos fled the palace. Vara enjoyed several years of relative peace from that point forward. But, it would never last. The kings would tear down every bit of humanity. That was their promise.

Aaron Van Roosen and his girlfriend, Emilia Riou. Two British teenagers travel from their home in London to attend a boarding school near the financial district of Tokyo, Japan. Verde-Trinity High School was nothing out of the ordinary. It had mix of 19th century architectural styles, a beautiful and well maintained garden of every type of flower that could possibly grow in Japan's temperate climate, and an entire night class full of students ready to suck the life out of you. Pretty typical rich kid academy, one would think. However, Aaron soon finds that there's a dark side to this facility and discovers the reason why the school is separated into Night and Day classes. How would one go about unearthing such a mystery? Only by death does one discover the truth. A lesson Aaron knows well for he is killed after unintentionally dragging himself into a blood soaked battle for vengeance. Later, Aaron awakes in one of Night Class Dorm rooms belonging to a boy named Alexandru Tepes. The boy saved his life, for better or for worse. Now, the boy must come to terms with what happened to him and the rules of this new world. Most importantly, he must pick a side. Is he human or something else?
