There are some places that are luxurious and incredible, but there are also slums. 20% of the galaxy are great places humankind live safely and 80% of them are slums, where people who wouldn't "collaborate" would be thrown away there and be forced to work. So basically Space Jump! is a thief group to stop the governments corruption, they would steal from the government and plan to stop them.
