Izuku Midoriya, at the age of 4, was deemed quirkless. As a result, he was bullied by all of the kids with quirks for being quirkless, especially his once best friend/brother figure. Everyone told him that he should give up on his dreams of being a hero. Even his Mom gave up on helping her son accomplish his dreams. It all seemed hopeless for the young boy.
