She stood about 3ft tall and was one of the few gnome fighters around, but that didn't stop her from giving her all to protect her home. It had been 30 years since the war of dragons wiped two of Disseena's provinces off the map, along with the mass murder of Prissa's home village by water elementals. And the darkness that had been beaten back by the metallic dragons was now seeping out into Disseena again. She was fascinated with babies of all races. Though Halissa could never ignore the power she felt. While in Grayson studying magic and sorcery, she met a strange group of loud men, of mixed races and friendships, on their way to Slypher's Tale. Intrigued by the idea of leaving her hometown and continuing her research, Halissa agreed to tag along. She could have never quite imagined the path these strange men would lead her down and the truths about herself of which she would uncover. © 2019
