i mostly talk abt lance not gonna lie

What does it feel like? For people to actually care about you? To actually make sure that you're okay? Lance has forgotten that feeling, ever since team voltron had been formed he was he seventh wheel, even when he did something Keith would always be patted on the back for it, becoming the eight wheel after they rescued Matt. Being betrayed after his lion was taken from him because he was 'unfit', 'not working hard enough' because he ' didn't deserve it'. So he left. left the paladins with their problems, left everything behind and started his own, brand new life as the white paladin.

this is a rewrite of an old story of mine. it has the same title, and I decided I wanted a more detailed story line. my original was rushed, undetailed, and flawed.(Not saying this wont be oops) this is klance, but no smutt, this is a work safe story folks, but gore warning? *Just to clear up the confusion, lotor is not half altean in this au* lance is an altean, and keith is galra, altean, and human. his mother is galra and altean, while his father was human. lance is a special type of altean, almost artificial. he has the rarest power since it is completely unique. he was water, and lightning powers. alteans normally only have water, ice, OR earth powers due to their peaceful tendencies. (No fire or lightning etc.) But, they are apparent on EXTREMLY rare occasuons.He got them from allura, who used her power to save him from a deadly disease when he wasnt even born yet. He was born with white hair, and altean markings. *warning*...a little gory?? some sensitive topics Plus, the cover art is not mine, I looked it up on google and couldn't find the credit.
