Naruto has a sister named Naruko but were separated and everyone thought he died as a baby and takes his moms last name. Itachi has an ex- girlfriend named Izumi. She still loves him . He is forced to marry Naruko. Sasuke is Narukos best friend and if your going to ask Kushina died. Minato ,Mikoto ,Fugaku are alive. Itachi is cold to Naruko nut is slowly loving her.

After the Kara mess and destroying Jigen and saving Kawaki, Boruto and others learnt the real threat of Karma, a four pointed diamond shaped seal, bestowed by Momoshiki Otsutsuki. The resurrection of Momoshiki is 80% complete and Boruto loses his sleep and hunger in fear of Momoshiki taking over his body. Soon, Boruto overheard the Kages talking about killing him to save the world. After hearing that, Boruto convinced himself that him dying is the only way to save the world. (The kara doctor doesn't have the pills in my story.) Without any sleep or properly taking care of himself, Boruto slowly slipped into multiple mental and physical illnesses, eventually attempting to kill himself. He was saved by Tsunade and Sakura. Slowly everyone found out about Boruto's depression and other illnesses and try to help him. Will Boruto accept the help? Or will he continue to try 'save' the world all by himself? After the war with Kaguya, Team 7 has lost everything, including their beloved sensei. So in order to fix things, Naruto decides to follow Kurama's advice and finds an old, old scroll at the bottom of the ocean. Naturally, Naruto asks Sasuke to activate it, and the broody Uchiha is sent back into the past. If it were only that, maybe Sasuke wouldn't be so pissed at Naruto. But the damned justu is doing something to his brain, and causing him to say all sorts of weird stuff. How the heck is he supposed to fix everything if his mouth won't stop spitting out insults like a teenage girl??

This is a story I found on FanFiction.Net and it gave me the motivation to write my own story. Obito is given a second chance at life but does he really want it.
