Hermione est en septième année à Poudlard et sort enfin avec Ron. Mais cela ne se passe pas comme elle le souhaitait. Par un malheureux hasard, elle se retrouve projetée dans le passé, celui des Maraudeurs. Perdue dans cette époque, elle fera tout pour retourner dans le futur. Pourtant, elle est irrémédiablement attirée par un jeune homme brun aux cheveux mi-longs et aux yeux gris. Est-il celui qu'elle voit sans cesse en rêve ? Et s'il était vraiment l'homme de sa destinée, pourront-ils avoir un futur commun ? A noter : cette histoire ne prend pas en compte la fin du tome 6 (la mort de Dumbledore) ainsi que le tome 7.
