This story takes place very early in fobs career as a band. It's so early that it's even pre-Take This To Your Grave. Fob is still "touring" in their old, run down van on two donut tires. Pete and Patrick both have some serious denial issues and Joe has an excellent gaydar. "When the moonlight hits your bright eyes I go blind And maybe next time I'll remember not to tell you something stupid like I'll never leave your side"

Former college roommates, Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump are seeing each other again for the first time in years. Too bad it couldn't be under better circumstances. Pete has cancer and Patrick is the lucky doctor he goes to. Will the love withstand the illness and be as strong between them as it was in college? Or will the changes that happened throughout the break keep them apart? The drama is extreme. Love triangles are all around and no one gets immunity from heartbreak. Enjoy! If there's one thing that no one knows about Patrick, is that he's gay. For his best friend Pete. He's been in love with him for the past few months and intends to keep that secret. Until a drunk Pete comes up to Patrick and kisses him. Now he can't stop thinking about that. Patrick talks to his friend Brendon Urie about this and just tells him, Pete is straight. You're never going to be with him. Sorry but the truth hurts. But Patrick doesn't know if he wants to move on. Pete has to know his feelings.

Patrick was shy, and never really talkative. He was bullied, a lot. He was gay, but hadn't come out yet, he didn't want the bullying to get worse. His only friends were Gerard, Frank, Brendon, and Ryan. But, they were the best friends Patrick could ask for. Pete was a somewhat popular boy, had many friends, but was always kind to Patrick, unlike some of the other popular boys. He and Patrick were not really friends, but Patrick has always had a crush on Pete. Patrick was sure Pete didn't like him back, but could that change when Pete is invited by Patrick to hang out for an afternoon?
