''If I die, I want you to know that I love you,'' Sarah cries. ''I wish I could say the same, Sarah. I really do, but I can't,'' He says flatly. ''What do you mean?'' So I'm sorry, but this is goodbye.'' ________ H A L L O W E E N is an horror short story. It begins with a female protagonist, Sarah Jackson, who's the quiet, shy girl who talks to almost nobody. After leaving the library, she bumps into the most popular boy in the whole Twelfth grade, Drake Mathers. They start running into each other more and more, and then soon become friends. Their friendship shortly blossoms into love, or so Sarah thought. Lies unfold, and promises are broken, leaving Sarah with the cold reality. She accidentally finds out one of Drake's deepest secrets, making Sarah fear for her life, and question everything she thought she knew about her 'lover'. ~Contains strong language and sexual topics~
