It's 8th year and the Battle of Hogwarts is nothing but a memory. Almost all of the survivors come back to study for and complete their N.E.W.T.S. But what happens when Ron casts a spell that goes horribly wrong and forces Harry and Draco to talk. But talking soon leads to friendship between the two, and friendship soon turns into something more...

What if at the instant Voldemort was killed, he cursed Harry Potter for eternity? Harry Potter is cursed to live a life time full of nothing but pain. The curse he was struck with was one no one had seen before and so now is stuck with it for the rest of his life. The curse puts the poor man in excruciating pain for one hour randomly every day. When it is over, Harry is covered with cuts, bruises, and burns that appear seemingly out of no where. However, he never lets that stop him from doing what he loves, which is teaching. Now, ten years later, Harry Potter works as a Defense Against The Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts alongside Hermione as the Potions professor and Neville as the Herbology professor. Ron decided to become an Auror and was doing a magnificent job. Harry is also raising his now ten year old Godson, Teddy, who during the day goes to a wizarding school while Harry teaches lessons. But what happens when Teddy brings home his best friend, Scorpius, who just so happens to be Draco Malfoy's son? What will the two seemingly enemies think of their sudden reunion?

Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy are both invited back to Hogwarts to complete their Seventh Year. After some time and a few chance meetings, they realize there may be more to each other than what they believed for so long. Will they be able to come together when the need calls for it? Harry and Draco are both starting as Hogwarts professors at the same time. Their students quickly start to get a slightly different impression about their relationship than Harry and Draco have.

After the war, Hogwarts offers more than just education - it offers a chance to rebuild. For former rivals Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy, returning to the castle as professors means facing the past and each other. As they step into their new roles, Harry and Draco find themselves working together, learning to set aside old grievances and discovering a surprising camaraderie. Through shared challenges and late-night conversations Harry and Draco begin to see each other in a new light.

Drarry. Harry and Draco return to Hogwarts for their eighth year. Their rivalry seems to have fallen apart, and perhaps, with the help of a ball, and not-so-unfortunate rooming circumstances, that fractured rivalry will turn into something new.

A Drarry story. After the War, Hermione is having problems in her relationship with Ron. Harry has embraced a new lifestyle in muggle London which she doesn't one-hundred percent approve of despite understanding her bestfriend's reasons for avoiding the obligations and expectations of the Wizarding World. When Headmistress McGonagall offers them an opportunity to return to Hogwarts to complete their eighth year, Hermione begs Harry to join her. Perhaps it is back there that they can both find what they are looking for.

"Face it Malfoy, you're a bloody coward." Harry's smile was gone, replaced by a menacing scowl. While he was talking, he had made his way back to Malfoy, who was now standing in front of him, seething with anger. "I. Am. Not. A. Coward," Malfoy said darkly with gritted teeth. When Harry returns to Hogwarts after the battle, everything has changed. Houses have been abolished and relationships have ended. Mandatory therapy is required alongside their normal classes. Everyone has changed... including Draco Malfoy. Once arrogant and haughty, he's now a shell of his former self. If anyone can get through to him it's Harry, who feels more alone than ever.
