These include: dealing with teenage power, the problem of giving too much, the fear of sobriety, how to make someone do something they don’t want, taking home job problems, and the lure of suicide. Also he challenges the making of a multiple personality, points out how things just don’t come out of the blue and how some women confuse love with being treated as a TV set. On effective communication, he shows the impact of calm judgment in hot vs. cool verbal responses.
