Life is neither fair nor certain.
PROLOGUE:
Muhammad looked up at the sky with tears dropping from his eyes and rolling down his cheeks. He stood by the river and watched the sunset, he could feel the cool evening breeze blowing through his skin. With the sun falling asleep he recited the poem, Reverse Is The Case by Abubakar Yahya:
"How can I stand your absence at heart?
Which had to cease my rapid pace
Now far away we have to part
Because for your love, reverse is the case
Just a step or two, you're away from me
But I scream so loud to a mile away
Yet your silence, sick it makes me
Silence almost leading astray
For how long shall I stay alive?
When the tea of love's too hot to drink
When shall your beautiful face arrive?
For my eye to give a little wink
Shall you speak once at least, in grace?
Or forever, shall the reverse be the case?"
"Do you wish to know what makes me sad?" He asked with his head leaning on the dining table.
"Yes, I'd wish to hear nothing more." She said with a glad voice.
He begins to narrate his story in tears...
