Things go from bad to worse when Izuku completes his task only to find out he'll never be a male again. Will he be able to live his future as a female? How are the feelings toward one of his closest friends, Shoto, going to affect him? All truly smutty scenes will be able to be skipped. But this is mature other than the smut scenes. Oh just wanted to add in that I've aged up the characters to being third years. I felt more comfortable about it that way. Plus it makes the story smoother along the way!
