Minnie Cooper was a 17 year old with a bad past. She's now a full time good girl with the best boyfriend in the world. Or so she thought. One day him and Minnie's best friend both ask to go to the bathroom around the same time and when they don't come back she gets worried and sneaks out. She sees them making out and storms out of the janitor closet. Getting caught without a pass gets herself stuck in detention where the only other person in there is the school's Badboy, Levi Duncan who was also her neighbor.
