By the age of 13 the Dursley's decide to officially move to Paris but what happens when after sending a 14 year old Charlotte to get groceries she runs into the mayor's daughter who seemed to catch on to how the girl acted. Now with the mayor's daughter saving her, Charlotte was adopted by the Mayor living in his hotel and after a few months with these changes she is set to start school in the upcoming school year but that is not the only new changes happening...
