Clementine and her son Aj are set out to find a new home. After a toxic and abusive relationship clementine is left with scars of those nights. They find an apartment, next door lives an annoying dread head. Story contains: swearing, mature themes. Might have lemon.

The raiders are gone and the kids from Ericson's boarding school are free! But there is still a question at hand, who are the new people outside the kid's territory? When Louis and AJ discover the new group just outside the schools old safe-zone, things take a very unexpected turn: The visitors are seeking a new home after getting their old one destroyed and have very good things to trade for their safety.
