My piece for the New Writers Challenge Contest. Heartbreak: something most of us have experienced. But it's not the heartbreak that kills. It's the agonizing road towards it. Enter Ivan, a man who thought he'd finally found true love. But as he walked the glass walkway towards the beautiful dawn, the cracks started to show, and the abyss below cried out to him. Poor Ivan. If only you tested the surface before you sprinted forwards. 2nd place in the New Writers Challenge contest; 1st place for the cover in the same contest (the cover I used at the time). Credits to EPrescott for the beautiful cover!

Good day to you, stranger! Have you just written a story and are you thirsty for ''unbiased'' critique? Are you longing for recognition, another opinion or do you just want a friend? Then you've come to the right place, traveller: for it is in this Blue Bureau that I cast my totally professional eye over your work! Interested? Good, we're almost done. If you want your work to be reviewed, contact me in my inbox and we'll talk about it. Please, one story only. Don't worry, I'll most likely accept... most likely. Ah yes, I'll be looking at main characters, story development, language errors (yep, sorry. Very important), style and some other things. Don't worry, I'll be gentle! Shit, that sounded wrong. Didn't mean to. Anyway: Thank you for your attention and until next time! IMPORTANT NOTE: I accept stories in both English and Dutch, since those are the only two languages I'm confident enough in! IMPORTANT NOTE #2: I don't ask for payment, only that you make a shoutout to BRB, my profile or a story of mine to your liking. Seems fair to me ^^ Credits to EPrescott for the beautiful cover!
