There ARE spelling and grammar mistakes...yay!

In a world full of spirits, one being is set apart, the Spirit God of life and death. No one has seen this spirit for centuries. Hitokeia (pronounced Hit-o-key-a) is the only being without a spirit. After being forced from her home, Hitokeia sets out on a journey to find the Spirit God of life and death. Her journey and quest sets her on a path leading to potential allies and friends, as well as deadly enemies. How will Hitokeia and her new friends fare when facing the entire world? Will they be able to save it?

Into the unknown is set on a fictional continent called Mengi (MEN-gee). The continent is largely taken up by The Empire and is ruthlessly controlled by the royal family. Inside the empire, an uprising has started and in an attempt to stop it Emperor Moto has singed a decrease to oil anyone who appears to be a threat. Because of this Alyssa and many others must choose, join the rebellion or die.

(This is probably a really bad description, sorry. Also this is my first book.) When a mission goes wrong, Winter loses all her memories. Years later, Autumn, Winter's best friend and crush, senses incoming danger. As they set off on a journey, Winter starts to regain her memories. When she does she realizes that she is facing a big threat, one that will destroy everything in its path. Along the way, Winter and Autumn reunite with their friends Spring and Summer.
