Gisele Shepherd hadn't seen her big brother for a few years, so she decided it was time for a visit. During the visit, she has to make a choice. Stay and work with her brother and stay in Seattle, where she would have to start over and make a new life. Or head back to LA, stay with her sister and pick up where she left off.

Derek Shepherd may be a world famous brain surgeon, but to one 16 year old girl, he's Dad. Their lives are changing drastically since they moved to Seattle. This story is based off of Grey's Anatomy, but it won't be exactly like Grey's. I'll have to make some changes to fit in another character so please don't expect the story line of MerDer and the other characters to be identical the show. They will be very similar, but not identical.
