The city of Roanapur, a place where is nothing but money, power, gang violence, corruption, and a criminal's paradise, and for others...it's a nightmare. We take a look a group of thug pirates, who are known to be called the Black Lagoon, Dutch, Benny, and Rebecca, or to be called as Revy, and also they have recruited a rookie, who is from Japanese, and yet kidnapped him at first, but ends up working with them at the end, Rokurou Okajima, or as they call him "Rock". Black Lagoon and Rock have been doing mission from their boss/leader, Balalaika, who is an ex-Russian soldier, and yet the mafia boss of the Russian as well...one day, Revy and the others got their hands full by a hunch of thug pirates that are going after them and kill them...and yet, Balalaika sends someone to Dutch to give him a little hand, and yet this helper happens to work with Dutch and the Black Lagoon way before Rock joined...and to top it off that....he and Revy don't seem to get along when they met...knowing these two had history back then...and it would seem it wasn't good at all, so wanna know what happens???
