Percy knelt before three of the gods. His hair was messy and his skin pale. His eyes were red rimmed and puffy and his cheeks tear stained. "Percy? What are you doing here so late?" Lady Hera asked. "I have a request." Percy said in a croaky voice. "Anything for the saviour of Olympus." Lady Hestia replied immediately. "I wish to die." When Annabeth breaks Percy's heart and turns everyone against him, he begs Artemis, Hestia and Hera to kill him. Not wanting their favourite hero to die, they give him a new purpose to live. As the hunts new guardian.

Percy is in love and on top of the world. But Annabeth has another plan and decides to cheat on him with his half brother Nathaniel. He is heartbroken and decides to leave Camp Half Blood. Chaos finds him and takes him in, training him as his champion. Percy returns to Camp Half Blood years later, an unknown threat lurking. Danger lurking and having to return to those he once trusted, he has to learn to live near Annabeth and face the challenge of falling in love again. But this is a forbidden love. Can it work? Will she return his feelings?
