All characters belong on Suzanne Collins. (Sorry for any inaccuracies, I lent my book to a friend, so I'm basing this off of memory.)

Grace and Kya always do everything together, and nothing can get in the way of their friendship. But then Levi comes along...just as things are starting to shift. The girls have paintball and they have their other best friend James, but something is wrong between James and Kya too, and Grace needs to figure out what it is. Grace has always been there for Kya. Only Grace knows what Kya's been through. Besides, Kya keeps life exciting-pulling Grace into things she'd never dare to do on her own. But daring is starting to turn dangerous. And Grace has to decide how far she can go ...before she ends up losing everything else.

What if Peeta and Katniss never teamed up? What if Katniss finds trust in the most unlikely person? When Katniss volunteers for her sister, her only thought is to make it back to Prim. But what if another tribute catches her eye? Can she survive the Hunger Games? Can she figure out her mixed feelings for Cato? From the book: "So I want to know what you think about something. " I say slowly. He looks up curiously. " What is it Katniss? " he asks looking into my eyes. I feel immediately guilty for what I am about to say, especially since he saved my life by giving me bread. "So I have been thinking this over in my head and it seems that this is the only choice I have in order to make it home to Prim." I start. "Katniss?..." He says. He doesn't like what I am saying and I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. "I know you want to make it back home to your family and I know that you are a part of my District, but I need to make it home to Prim!" I say, tears threatening to fall, I feel awful for what I am doing. Peeta looked extremely worried by this point. "What's wrong? What happened- " I cut him off " I'm... I'm... joining...the careers."
