This practice cultivates self-love and kindness, enabling the integration of every dark moment as a valuable lesson that propels personal development. Although challenging and taxing, embracing the shadow side offers immense rewards, elevating consciousness and guiding individuals to newfound wisdom. Or that's what my therapist says, so my dear reader, to development.
