This was originally meant to be a record of my path to astral projection, but that didn't work out for a variety of reasons, so I changed it to a book about spirituality, my path to it, and how to be spiritual. If you want to learn cool stuff like astral projection, lucid dreaming, or opening your third eye, go to Koi's Corner (Koi Fresco's Youtube channel - he also goes by the name Vishuddha Das). You can also use his channel for spiritual/religious (Buddhism) guidance, as I now try (emphasis on try) to do.
