kakyoin is living in the 80's and is suddenly very gay for his first friend. his first friend doesn't seem to notice this, or if he does, he doesn't care. but kakyoin sure does, he feels disgusting, until Jotaro confirms he's actually rather not disgusting.

[ON HOLD] After defeating Kira, the group had parted ways. Mr. Joestar and Jotaro left Morioh-Cho; Josuke, Koichi, Yukako and Okuyasu kept going to school 'till summer vacation was given; Rohan focused mostly on his manga. Everyone's life came back to normal, some of them barely encountering eachother. For example, Rohan and Josuke didn't see each other if not when around Koichi or on pure coincidence. Which was totally fine for them: Rohan hated Josuke, while the other...simply couldn't stand Rohan. He wouldn't really call it hate, but it was something similiar. Summer vacations finally came for the students. They had the whole day free of duties, unless we count cleaning chores and that little amount of vacation homework. Surprisingly, the group started seeing each other more. Either around town, or at the beach. Rohan decided that, being summer, he would take the opportunity to relax sometimes. Just sometimes. This is where it all started.

Jotaro Kujo x Noriaki Kakyoin Jotaro Kujo, a scowling delinquent who's bad with words and hardly shows emotions, save anger at select times, saves Kakyoin Noriaki's life on a whim. Kakyoin is a gentle and sweet student, a painter with an odd love for cherries, a poet with his words, and the calm and quiet boy who joins the Stardust Crusaders on their adventure to Egypt. However, Kakyoin doesn't expect to steal Jotaro's heart, nor does he expect to find his own gaze glued to those bright blue eyes, endeared by every single trait Jotaro had to offer. My contribution to the JotaKak stories out there! I know I'm late to the party, but at least I'm here? Hope some people enjoy this - I'm gonna try to keep updates frequent, but my issue with writing is that I both tend to go back and edit my work a million times before I'm content and I need to find time to actually refer to the manga and anime to write scenes accurately (oh, the struggle of a fanfiction). This will be written from both points of view but more from Kakyoin's since I feel more comfortable writing as him (Jotaro's just such a hard character to write aaaa). This follows the plot of Stardust Crusaders pretty closely, but I may be changing some of the fights just to add some of those tender JotaKak moments in~

"Dammit Jotaro..." Kakyoin muttered to himself. He couldn't be mad, It wasn't Jotaro's fault, all of this was Kakyoin's doing, because a deep cut he inflicted upon himself tore open, because he had this stupid, horrible habit of feeling wonderful when he felt the pain of digging something sharp into himself while he reminded himself of every little thing he's doing wrong. How he doesn't talk to people and cries when he's upset and how he's deeply in love with his very best friend in the whole world because he can't keep his damn emotions in check. "Fucking hell!" The sobs continued, lightheadedness overtaking him, blood splattered on the floor and no longer was he trying to conceal the volume of his desperation, he knew where this was going. Kakyoin managed to choke on one last agonizing sob before losing consciousness, his strength leaving his body from deprivation of air and blood, as he slipped off the toilet seat and knocked his head against the floor, his vision fading until he felt nothing.
