(This is my first attempt at poetry) Empty shades is a collection of unfiltered and unedited poems written during a variety of emotional phases. I haven't got much to say about this collection as I don't consider myself to be a good poet nor a good writer but I do like experimenting with new things and I just wanted to give poetry a shot. I confess though that these poems were written over a span of three years and it is only now that I have decided to post these for the world to see. This has no particular genre or category as these are just a collection of thoughts that occurred in various situations and phases. This poetry collection was named Empty Shades as the poems are just shades of a person whose words hold no real foundation, they just exist because they do. They are detached from every other poem and form no story. They lie there simply on the page without a purpose or a destination.
