Kai didn't want this, so he made a decision. So after one night, he sneeked in Wu's room and grabbed the traveler's tea. Until.....Kai entered to the another realm A realm he was unsettling for Then a pig-man helped him and offered a job. But Kai didn't know that when he came here, in addition to the fire element, he had other powers residing inside. Not even knowing that a lots of people have feelings for him and would do anything to be with him.

The ninja is now on a quest for the Fang Blades to stop the Serpentine and Pythor, the last Anacondrai. After releasing the Serpentines is released by Lloyd. Kai guides Lloyd with brotherly warmth. As each ninja unlocks their true potential, Kai watches with quiet pride, remembering these events differently.

After a devastating event in the middle of the Time Twins arc, Kai finds himself mysteriously transported back to the beginning of Ninjago's timeline - waking in the wilderness with two young dragons, Ash and Surf, who share a soul-deep bond with him but don't recall their origins. Usagi has been stuck in Egypt for three long years yearning to return home to Japan, but being labelled a disgraced Samurai for not dying in the battle for Hamanuptra no one is willing to give him more than the money he can survive on. After having his life saved by two ninja turtles Usagi is honour bound to pay a life debt in return plus a offer to send him back to his homeland. Despite his warnings he helps the two travel to the ancient city while also trying to ignore his growing attachment to the turtle in blue. When his new 'friend' becomes the target of a ancient evil intent on bringing about the end of the world life debt or not Usagi is ready to lay down his life to protect Leonardo. The rest of the Hamato clan are just regretting trusting the Disaster Twins not to cause a disaster. Still a powerful undead mummy takes the pizza slice.
