Izuku ends up in the hospital for a few weeks, and Ochaco is devastated. And in order to get her crush back to normal by Christmas, either she sits and wait, a miracle happens, or she helps Izuku realize what's going on and help be himself again. However, she may need the help of two small friends she encounters on the way. As time passes and everything gets back to normal, they then realize that a sweet girl is dying, but they only notice until it's severe.
