As we all know, Percy Jackson was abused as a child by his of-the-time step dad, Gabe. The man was nasty and he left a scar on Percy. Physically and mentally. It's been nearly 6 years since Gabe's death. Percy had been doing so well, he was coping, he was moving on. But he got a call that sent him running to help. That Leo Valdez had fallen into depression. That he was talking about suicide. Gabe beat depression into Percy's brain, and that's something he never got over. He still remains depressed, no matter how well he hides it, Percy still wants to kill himself. But he won't.

No one knew what to do. The next second dragged on for what felt like a year. Piper was the first to react, then Leo, Hazel and Frank. Jason just stood there, shocked out of his mind "Percy and Annabeth" Jason whispered with disbelief. Drops of water echoed across the cave as they collided into the floor; it almost sounded like a clock. A clock to remind us that they might have mere minutes to live. Percy had open wounds, in which the blood was slowly dripping out and into the floor. He had blood coming out of his mouth that would be pushed out as he attempted to breath. Annabeths' wounds were mainly closed up, but it looked like that moving in any direction would split them open. She had blood dripping out of her nose and it was staining the rest of her face. Their breathing was staggered, sometimes they were breathing heavily, others their chest wouldn't even rise. Their eyes were tightly shut as if they were trying to suppress memories or stay alive. They weren't doing a very good job at that either. Their eyes stayed shut as we edged closer, their breathing slowly down rapidly. I tried to charmspeak them awake, but they wouldn't wake up. "Percy, Annabeth, please wake up!" Piper put all of her force into those five words, but nothing happened. Annabeth took a struggled breath but didn't open her eyes. Percy coughed, which caused blood to spill out of his mouth. "Please!" She yelled, choking back a sob. They weren't waking up. When Percy and Annabeth got back from Tartarus, it all blew over, this is it but if everything was worse. As middle schoolers, Percy and Annabeth were best friends. With a great connection, only a few fights, Percy and Annabeth were inseparable. But soon everything changes and Annabeth's father gets a job away from Manhattan, New York. Suddenly Annabeth is away from all her friends and especially, Percy. She spends one year in Pennsylvania. Things couldn't be harder for her. She was bullied, had minimal friends, and she missed home more than ever. Annabeth kept contact with Percy through a laptop her parents get her. After those that terrible year, she moves back to Manhattan, New York. She and Percy reunite, and things just get better and better. In their view, there was no need to say goodbye. <3 The characters belong to Rick Riordan, from Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Heroes of Olympus. Only a couple characters I have made up myself.

In the house of Hades Percy and Annabeth escaped Tartarus. Nico and Jason visit Cupid. Frank becomes a Roman Praetor. Leo meets and falls in love with Calypso. Hazel learns to control the mist. The young demigods have to make it to Athens before August first, in fourteen days. Will they be able to stop Gaea or will demigod and Olympian blood flow through the streets of Olympus.
