This fanfiction takes place in the early 1970s, just as Pink Floyd rises to international fame. But behind the band, is the life that Emma and David have together. This story is written in Emma's perspective as you get to see how everything unfolds between the two of them. Heartfelt and also heartbreaking, this is the journey of Emma Hale and David Gilmour. It took me nearly 4 months to write this fanfiction, and it comes to 40 chapters in total! The tour dates and events are as accurate as possible- but it is just a fanfic so most of what I write about never really happened. This is the most 'what the fuck were you thinking' imagine book and i love it. So unique. But on a serious note i had and i will enjoy writing this.

Kathryn Clark has been in a relationship with her childhood friend Syd Barrett for over three years. Everything seemed just about perfect- their relationship, Syd's band called Pink Floyd, the way life was just going in general. But when Syd takes an overdose of LSD, he develops severe schizophrenia and begins to go off the deep end. What is Kathryn supposed to do now? leave him? stay behind and care for him? or maybe stay with and support his band as they look for a new guitarist? Whatever the answer is, it'll change her life forever.

Syd and Abigail have the perfect relationship, it remained strong for 8 years. But eventually, Syd starts using LSD addictively, and things start going downhill real fast. Eventually, Abigail leaves Syd when he is hospitalized and turns to David. Syd and Abigail see each other when Syd shows up for a surprise visit when Pink Floyd records Shine On You Crazy Diamond, and upon recognizing him, Abigail breaks down in tears. What will happen to Syd and Abigail emotionally?
