Kylie and her friends are excited for there freshman year of college at UCLA. When there are no more dorms available Kylie is forced to share a dorm with the one and only Carter Reynolds and shes not happy. Carter has a huge ego and thinks everyone loves him. When Kylie doesnt like her he tries his hardest to win her over.
